![]() Our fitness coach, Jessica Reia, has very kindly prepared this at home program for you. It is a 6-week program that you can follow and do at your own convenience in your own home. Jessica has included great variety and has incorporated all areas of fitness and all areas of the body to target for strength and cardio. Jessica is also available to reach out to should you have any questions. Your coaches of the Ayr Skating Club challenge you to do this and make it a part of your training schedule for both on and off ice. Enjoy, have fun and track your workouts.
